Refund Policy

Premium Subscriptions

Premium is non-refundable once activated. Because Premium grants instant access to digital features (global matching, 3 curated matches every 24 hours, etc.), all sales are final.

This is standard for digital services and complies with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. By upgrading to Premium, you agree to instant access and waive your statutory 14-day cooling-off period.

What This Means

  • No refunds or partial refunds for Premium subscriptions
  • You can cancel anytime, but you won't receive a refund for the current billing period
  • Premium benefits continue until the end of your paid period after cancellation
  • Future renewals are cancelled immediately when you cancel

Account Suspension & Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms & Conditions (including but not limited to spam, harassment, inappropriate behavior, or other serious violations), your Premium access will be revoked immediately. You will not be able to use any remaining Premium benefits, and no refund will be issued.

If you disagree with an account suspension or termination decision, you may email us at info@datebeyondborders.com with your reasons for review. However, this does not guarantee a reversal of the decision or a refund.
