Refund Policy

Free during the Birmingham pilot

Slower Dating is currently free to join and free to use during our Birmingham pilot.

We do not currently charge users for subscriptions, add-ons, or paid messaging. Because no payments are currently taken through the live service, there are currently no user payments to refund.

If paid features are introduced later

If we introduce paid features in the future, we will clearly explain:

• What the paid feature includes
• The price
• Whether it is one-off or recurring
• Any refund rules that apply

We will update this Refund Policy before launching any paid feature.

Account suspension & termination

If your account is suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms & Conditions (including spam, harassment, inappropriate behaviour, or other serious violations), access to the service may end immediately.

If you disagree with a suspension or termination decision, email info@slowerdating.com with your reasons for review. A review does not guarantee a reversal of the decision.
